Jaclyn is an Associate at Scherer Smith & Kenny LLP, where she specializes in employment litigation and counseling. Prior to joining Scherer Smith & Kenny, Jaclyn was in private practice, handling a range of corporate and transactional matters for small business owners and nonprofit organizations. Before becoming a lawyer, Jaclyn held various advocacy roles in the public sector.

Jaclyn is a native of Los Angeles but now considers the Bay Area home. She earned her BA from the University of California, Berkeley and her law degree from UC Law, San Francisco.

She enjoys cycling, tennis, and spending time in the outdoors.
